Are your products made in China?

Jade: Hey there, Kayla!

When it comes to Jackpot Candles, I am happy to tell you that all of our products are made in the USA, and many right here in New York where Jackpot is located. We support handcrafters in the Amherst, New York area and make most of our products in-house with all natural ingredients so that we can ensure you get the highest quality product. 

Besides our ingredients, all of the supplies used to make your candle are made in the USA, too. This includes:

• the candle jars that your candle is poured into
• the cotton and wood wicks that we use in the candles 
• the jewelry

That’s right, even the jewelry is made in the USA! Many pieces are made just for your candle, designed in-house by our talented gemologist and craftsman, Josh. For a great example of one of the beautiful rings that Josh made for our candles, check out our customer profile on Jaime, who found a beautiful, high value ring in her candle. I know she’s satisfied! 

In a nutshell, Kayla, we take care to make sure that the quality of each part of our candles and bath bombs are high so that you’re getting the very best and that you’re supporting workers in the US when you make a purchase. I always like to say, “from wax to wicks – all made in the USA!”

How far down in the candle is the jewelry? How long do I have to wait?

Jade: Hey there Bethany,

I get how anxious and excited you are to get to the jewelry in your candle. Waiting for anything fun and exciting feels like forever, but if I told you how exactly how long it will take it would ruin the surprise! You don’t want that, do you? 

Don’t worry. The packet will emerge from the wax before you know it and then you can wear your new jewelry as much as you want. Waiting isn’t easy, but the reward at the end will be totally worth it. We have so many great styles of jewelry that when you get to yours, we know you’ll love it. 

When you shop candles on our website you can see a few different styles of our rings and necklaces. Most of our products are shot with elegant clear gem rings, but that’s not all that we carry by a long shot! Our rings come in a variety of colors and styles from flashy to formal, elegant to exciting, and in a variety of settings. 

The necklaces we carry also come in lots of different styles. Depending on what candle you buy, they may have a holiday theme like the stunning Swarovski heart necklaces in our Valentine’s Day candles, or the custom heart photo necklace you can buy for yourself or a loved one to capture a fond memory. 

When you pick out your candle, make sure to read the description of the jewelry inside so you know whether to expect a necklace or ring, then get ready to get excited for your new jewelry!
