Hey Jade,
When I burn my candles there's always still some left on the sides or bottom. Is there a way to use up every last bit of my candle?
Thanks,
Kylie
Jade: Hey Kylie!
Everyone wants to get the most for their money so this is a great question! Here are a few steps that can help you get the most out of your candle.
Prevent tunneling - You can do this by making sure you let the whole top layer of your candle melt each and every time you burn it.
Trim your wick before each burn for a steady flame. A routine trim will prevent too tall, bent, or mushroom wicks and will ensure an even and steady burn.
Those tips should help with melting all the wax down the sides but often times you will have a bit of wax left in the bottom of your candle. You can't really avoid that because you don't want to burn you candle so low that the bottom of the jar overheats. What you can do to enjoy that last bit is to heat it up on a candle warmer. You could also melt that wax down on a candle warmer, remove the wicks and pour the wax into an ice cube tray and leave to cool to make little wax melts!
Hope those tips help! Enjoy your Jackpot Candles :)

Hey Jade,
Who is the CEO of Jackpot Candles?
Thanks,
@elizabeth.p07
Jade: Hey @elizabeth.p07,
His name is Chris Prawdzik, he's such a creative guy and a candle lover!! He was actually just invited on NBC to talk about the inspiration behind Jackpot Candles (how cool is that?) You can check out their quick little interview here: NBC Feature: Jackpot Candles CEO, Chris Prawdzik, Talks About Inspiration Behind One-of-a-kind Candle Gifts
Here's a snippet from that interview that I just loved! It really shows the genuine, family-oriented guy that he is:
Jackpot Candles is a family-owned & operated business and I'm so grateful that I get to work with such a cool bunch of people every day. They've definitely made me feel like I'm a member of the family <3
