It’s so great to hear from one of our guys out there in candle-land. Thanks for your question! The custom photo candle is called the Custom Label Personalized Candle with Jewelry Ring on our website. It’s a great choice for anytime you need to give a gift that shows how much you care; especially Valentine’s Day!

There are a few simple steps to customizing your photo candle. Here’s how it works:

• First, pick your ring size and scent
• Next, click customize and add your photo - Clear, high-quality photos in a landscape (horizontal) format fit best
• Use the arrows to upload and position your photo
• Add your personalized text (not required) - Up to 30 characters & choose your text color

Besides our custom photo candle, we also have other gifts to personalize like:

• The You Have My Heart Personalized Candle, which includes a custom photo in a lovely heart locket
• The Love Note Personalized Candle, which comes with a short custom love note and Swarovski Crystal heart necklace hidden inside your candle

Should I be concerned about lead wicks in your candles?

Jade: Hi Mara,

This is such an important question so thanks for asking! To get right to the point, Jackpot Candles DOES NOT use lead wicks in our candles. That’s a BIG no for us, Mara. We use several types of wicks that are sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Wood wicksare great because they stand up straight in your candle and ensure an even burn from top to bottom. They’re also great because they have a wider, lower flame that really helps the scent-throw of your candle and can be made sustainably with thousands of wicks made from small amounts of wood, and with no lead added.

Jackpot Candles also come with cotton wicks, made from 100% cotton so you have less soot and zero harmful lead particles when you burn your candle. Cotton wicks produce a high, prominent flame at first and then a low, even flame so your candle doesn’t burn too fast. We even offer double wick cotton candles, so the scent of your candle is really noticeable!
