Does JC have a jar recycle program?

No, we don't currently have a jar recycle program but that's a great idea! Definitely in line with our values here at Jackpot Candles. I'm writing that one down now.
If you're eco-conscious like many of us are you can totally peel the labels off of your candles and throw them into your regular recycling pickup/dropoff.
Another great idea would be to repurpose your candle jar to create something gorgeous that you'll use in the future! I actually did a few videos on this that you can watch here:

I get this question ALL THE TIME! Customers will DM me a picture of their appraisal code and I will type it in and, lo and behold, it works! Our appraisal computer is very picky so everything has to be correct right down to the punctuation! Here are some tips if you are having trouble revealing your ring's value:
make sure capital letters are capitalized
make sure lower case letters are lower case
if there is a hyphen in your code, type it in too
double check before clicking that button to make sure you typed it in exactly as it is on your appraisal ticket
There are instances where computers are a little glitchy too though so if you are still having issues send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org andone of our amazing customer service reps will be more than happy to help you out.
