How do Jackpot Candles candles work? Is there really a $5,000 ring inside?
There is nothing more fun than burning an amazing smelling candle and seeing your brand new piece of jewelry be revealed! But in a world where false advertising and cheap products can leave you feeling like you can’t trust anything you buy - we’re here to give you the full run down so you can feel confident you’re buying the highest quality product!
Our candles are not just an item to buy - they’re a whole experience! You won’t find any other buying experience like ours! Instead of just ordering, waiting and opening, with Jackpot Candles, you’ll love:
So let’s break it down:
Here at Jackpot Candles, we have a rotating cast of crowd favorites, exclusive releases, and scents perfect for any occasion! Once you’ve found your signature scent (mine is the Pinot Noir stemless wine glass candle!), you get to pick the size for your surprise ring!
Whether you’re a pinky person, pointer fashionista, or ring finger traditionalist, you’ll find a ring size to fit any unadorned finger you’ve got! If you’re the kind of person to wear a ring on each finger, grab a couple of scents to try and be surprised by the unique beauty of every ring you find!
How do I know my ring size?
Easy peasy! If you’ve gotten rings in the past from a jeweler, diamond setter, etc, you might have tried on several different sized, pre-measured plastic rings to find out your ring size.
But, if you’re like me and aren’t going to go to all that trouble, don’t just guess! Find a piece of string, yarn, or something similar. Wrap the string around the finger you want to know the ring size of- this works best if you measure the base of your finger, and make sure the string isn’t too tight!
Once you’ve looped the string around your finger, mark on the string with a marker or pen- make sure you make 2 marks, one on each side of the string. Unwrap the string from your finger and measure the distance between the marks you made.
After you’ve done that, hop on google and look up a ring size chart. Look for a chart that has the sizes as well as the measurement given in millimeters, compare it to the measurement you got, and you’ll be able to figure out the best ring size for you!
Or you can use our printable ring sizer in this blog post:

How do I find and remove my ring from the candle?
Don’t get carried away! Slow down and enjoy the specialized scent you’ve treated yourself to! After a few hours of burning you’ll see your ring! So…
*Don’t forget to be careful when removing your ring! Candle wax can get very hot and we don’t want anyone getting burned!*
As we said earlier, our candles are not just for smelling, they’re a whole experience! The whole process of removing your secret foil pouch adds a whole other dimension to our candles that make it so much more fun than buying the big brand’s candles!
How do I know the VALUE of my ring?
Wondering if your ring is worth $100, $500, or maybe even the lucky $5,000 ring? Don’t bother taking it all the way to a jeweler- we’ve got you!
Once you have successfully and carefully removed your ring from your candle, you will find a tag on your new jewels! On the tag, you will find a label with a number code on it.
After locating the code belonging to your unique ring, make your way over to our Jackpot Candles Appraisal page www.jackpotcandles.com/pages/appraisal.
You’ll find a text box where you can enter your ring code and discover how much your beautiful prize is worth!
Other specialized jewelry you may find!
Not a ring kind of person? No worries! We also have a variety of candles available that contain pendant necklaces, made with Swarovski crystals, and some you can even personalize! With pendants in shades of blue, red and more, you’ll be sure to find one to your liking!
Our pendant necklaces are usually limited edition so jump on those when you get the chance!
