Jackpot Candles Gives Back: Niagara Falls Air Force Base
Being a brand that is proud of our great country and one that strives to keep our brand 100% made in the USA, we only thought it appropriate to share our most recent heart-warming event with you all!
Big Smiles & Happy Hearts
Jackpot Candles is big on making people smile so we were over-the-moon excited when we found out that these brave men and women were totally into the whole candle & bath bomb vibe!
There were multiple units in attendance and you had better believe we had more than enough to go around! We know that candles and bath bombs are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things but we believe that every little bit helps. With mental health being a big factor in everyone's well being we thought it especially important for our troops to indulge in a little bit of self care. We can bet there are probably a more than a few that enjoyed reviving their tired muscles in a rejuvenating bath bomb soak.
Western NY Heroes
As most of our readers know, we are a small business based in the Buffalo, NY area... Amherst to be exact. If you know any Buffalonians, you know we're very proud of our community and that includes the men and women who put their live on the line for us.
In addition to giving out Jackpot Candles swag to those in attendance at the event, we had several sent off to soldiers in the Western NY Heroes Program. This program does the noble job of helping support local veterans and their families. We're so proud to be able to help make life a little more fun and relaxing for those who have fought for the freedoms we enjoy on a daily basis.
Loads of Gratitude
It absolutely made our day to be able to help out those who help us so much every day. Our friend Angela sent us these adorable photos of everyone, letting us know how much they loved and appreciated the gifts we had sent over and it genuinely warms our hearts to hear how grateful they all are.
That isn't all! Get this! They even sent us Certificates of Appreciation. We feel so honored!
Mission accomplished - we were able to make the world a brighter place! Now it's your turn. What good deed (big or small) can you do today?
