Do you love your furry friends as much as I do? Check out these candle tips!

Today I am going to show off my furry friends from South Carolina, where I currently am, and give you some tips on how to safely burn your candles lit around your pets. 

1. KNOW YOUR WAX: Paraffin wax is one of the worst candles to burn around your pets thank goodness that jackpot candles are completely 100% soy wax which is very safe to burn around your pets due to its clean burn. 
2. KEEP AN EYE OUT: Especially when it comes to our cat friends since they are very good at jumping and pouncing be sure to never leave your candles unattended and in a spot where it will not be reached by your furry toddlers.
3. WHAT WICK: 100% cotton wicks or wood wicks are the safest options! Some companies do not derive their wicks from natural resources which can lead to an unclean burn and not as safe.
4. LET THEM LEAVE: if you were burning a candle in one room make sure to leave a door open so your pet can leave if they do not like the smell of your candle. Always make sure they have an opportunity to go to a different room.
