Troublesome, stubborn wax stuck in your jewelry? We got you.

Don't worry you're not alone, you got too excited and grabbed a fork or whatever was nearby to get your jewelry surprise out of your candle. But in the rush, you accidentally punctured the plastic that your ring or necklace was wrapped up in a little bit of wax got inside. NO WORRIES!! This happens to the best of us ... yes including me 😅. But it is a really simple fix, check out the steps below on what you can do to help get the wax out and make your room ready to go!

1. Get a nice clean paper towel and first try to soak up as much extra wax as you can. Sometimes this works enough for me and I'm satisfied I don't have to do anything else
2. If you still see some wax inside microwave some water or use a cuddle and heat up some water, then you can grab a ramekin or a bowl, or fill up your sink or even a cup! Then simply dunk your jewelry inside and allow the wax to soften. Then you can pluck it out after you let it soak for like five minutes then use your paper towel to soak up the extra wax again but if there is even more wax, you can check out number three.
3. Find an old toothbrush and dip it in the warm water and scrub lightly did you were you still see wax. You can also use a mild soap or a jewelry cleaning solution to help get the extra stubborn wax out of the cracks and crevices.

But don't fret if you are careful when you're initially taking out your foil then you should have no issues. We double wrap our jewelry in two different types of plastic bags and then wrapped up in foil. So it is definitely secure but accidents do happen! You are guaranteed to get a really pretty shiny piece of jewelry to add to your collection and enjoy a beautiful candle as well!
